Panera Bread in Ontario

"I recently visited Panera Bread in Kinston and had a wonderful experience. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my meal was perfect. I ordered half a veggie sandwich, but by mistake, they brought a normal sandwich. However, when I informed them of the mistake, they immediately and politely made me a new sandwich. To make up for the mistake, they even offered me a full sandwich, which was incredibly generous. They served my food to my table, despite it being a self-service restaurant, which was a nice touch. The staff was friendly, and the service was prompt and efficient. The sandwich itself was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the Ten Vegetable soup. It was flavourful, healthy, and the perfect complement to my meal. The coffee was also fantastic and a great way to end my meal. The ambiance of the restaurant was beautiful, with warm lighting and comfortable seating. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend Panera Bread in Kinston. The staff, food, and ambiance were all exceptional. I give it a 5-star rating and will definitely be returning in the future."

"The place is nice and clean. Good portions. Fast service. Each dish come with apple or chips, I chose apple and was very please to get the whole apple. The only issue is the salad was too salty (and I like salt in general)."

"Come here if you’re looking for a light and delicious meal on the go. I ordered a hearty soup and Mediterranean salad and the portion was just right, enough to fill you up. Each of the dish came with a side of apple or chips, so I had both. I like how when the order wasn’t as I expected and I pointed that out that the staff was very gracious and kind and offered to remedy the situation immediately. Lord knows that people will make mistake, but it’s how they address it that truly matters. The staff at this store sure showed that they value keeping the customer happy and their belly full! The chocolate chip cookie taste good, as per usual! It was moist and not dry and I could taste the touch of sea salt to contrast with the sweetness of the cookie. I like it that the store was clean and tidy. The washroom was also tidy too. The kitchen staff was fast and I didn’t wait long before my buzzer was buzzing to signify that my meal was ready. I had a good quick dining experience and will come again"

"Highly recommend coming back if you weren’t happy before! Tried this place years ago and didn’t think it was worth the cost. Saw the ‘Under New Management’ sign and gave it a go. IT IS SO GOOD! We got the home style chicken noodle, hot garden Caprese and French baguette and it was all delicious. The sandwich was so filling and hit the spot. Legit in the booth still and wanted to write this review! Also buying a gift card for family before I leave! New favourite spot!"

"I am a regular drive through for lunch. Laura in drive through now recognizes my voice and remembers my order. Broccoli and cheese soup bread bowl, strawberry banana smoothie and a brownie with a complementary Apple. The bread bowl is on the side, I tear it up and dip it in my soup! The perfect amount of hearty delicious and fresh soup! It’s to a point now that Laura now remembers my number for collecting points for free items. The manager is wonderful, she shows appreciation for my business and I appreciate that! I’d give more stars ⭐ if I could for the consistency for quality of food, cleanliness, value for the quality of food, service and their thoughtfulness and appreciation that Iv recognized is not just for me but all their customers! The bread is fresh and delicious, soup is hearty…the smoothie is also bang on perfect with healthy yogurt, fresh banana and strawberries! The brownie is a large size with chunks of chocolate, moist and fresh! Excellent healthier lunch choice over greasy take out for around the same price! Fills me up and my tummy feels full and content every time, with my treat of apple and brownie for the afternoon!"

"We stopped at Panera Bread in Kingston while using the Tesla Supercharger, and it was a perfect place for a quick break. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and efficient, making our visit even better. The food was fresh and tasty, just what we needed for a quick and satisfying meal. If you’re passing through and need a place to grab a bite while charging, this is a great option. Would definitely stop here again!"
